At SCIVOLVE, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of scholarly publishing. Our editorial policies are designed to ensure the integrity, transparency, and quality of the research we publish. As an independent publication organization, we prioritize the dissemination of accurate, impactful, and ethically sound research across a wide range of academic disciplines. Below are the key editorial policies that guide our publication process.
We closely monitor the latest developments in research, as well as the work of both seasoned and emerging experts in various fields. We gather publicly accessible data on the global scientific publishing landscape. If we identify a chance to collaborate in your area of expertise, we may reach out to invite you to contribute as an author, reviewer, or editor for our SCIVOLVE journals.
SCIVOLVE accepts submissions across a wide range of academic disciplines, including but not limited to Medical and Clinical Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Life Sciences, and Pharmacy. Authors should also confirm that the manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Authors must clearly indicate the contributions of each co-author in the cover letter or a dedicated section of the manuscript. This transparency helps prevent disputes over authorship and ensures proper credit is given.
Once submitted, the manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review process, as outlined in SCIVOLVE’s Peer Review Process. Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on the feedback from reviewers.
Following peer review, the editorial team will make a final decision on the manuscript (accept, revise, or reject). Accepted manuscripts will proceed to the production stage, where they will be copyedited, typeset, and proofed before publication. Authors will receive page proofs for final approval.
SCIVOLVE operates under an open access model, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible to the global research community. Authors retain copyright of their work and can choose from a range of Creative Commons licenses to determine how their work can be used by others.
Authors who believe that their manuscript was unfairly rejected may submit an appeal to the editorial office. The appeal must be based on a substantive disagreement with the reviewers’ comments or the editorial decision. Appeals will be considered by a senior editor or an independent reviewer.
Any complaints regarding the editorial process, peer review, or publication ethics should be directed to the SCIVOLVE editorial office. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate any concerns promptly and transparently.
